How annoying is it when your friends delete their messages before you even see them?

WAMR is the app you’ve been looking for. With one tool you can recover text messages and any media attachment (images, videos, voice notes, audio, animated gifs and stickers)!

How it works
Because messages are encrypted on your device, WAMR cannot access them directly.
The only solution is to read the notifications you receive and create a message backup based on your notification history.
If WAMR detects that a message has been deleted, it will immediately show you a notification!

WAMR will try to save any media attached to the message, and you’ll get a notification if the sender deletes it.
The following media types can be recovered: images, videos, animated gifs, audio, voice notes, documents, stickers.
limitations
Note that there is no official and supported way to recover deleted messages. This is a workaround and limitations may be encountered by the selected messaging app or Android OS:
1) Text messages are retrieved via your notifications, so if you’ve had a silent chat or are currently viewing a message in a messaging app, you won’t receive a notification before it’s deleted, so WAMR can’t save it! This also means that it is impossible to retrieve notifications/messages before you download this app (so download it quickly!).
2) If messages are not saved, it may be caused by Android killing WAMR. Remove WAMR from all battery optimization services!
3) WAMR files cannot be saved if they are not completely downloaded! If you’re offline or you have an unstable connection, or in general if the sender deletes the message containing the media before the messaging app downloads it, there’s nothing WAMR can do to save it.
4) If you are not using Wi-Fi connection, some media may not be automatically downloaded by your messaging app due to your settings. You can change this behavior in Messaging apps > Settings > Data and storage usage and increase the chances.
