How to delete temporary passwords on Google Messages
Google has begun releasing a new update to its main messaging processor, Google Message. The big change in this update is the dialog types, which use AI to automatically sort your various text texts into groups. Now, those groups have “everything” and will display all your threads; “Personal”, which shows your texts from friends and family; And “business”, which collects texts from work and other formal interactions.
However, a new system has been buried in the update, which has not received much attention. If you go to “News System” you will see the new option “Automatically delete OTPs after 24 hours”. All you have to do is enable this feature and your 2FA codes will be removed from your mobile within 24 hours of arrival.
24 hours is still generous; Especially with 2FA, the codes are only effective for a very short period of time — usually minutes instead of hours. If you do not enter the code in time, it will expire and you will need to create a new one to proceed. However, at least by this time tomorrow, the code you created will be removed from your mobile and ready to accommodate the next code, one after the other.
